- ➤ Road construction on Edmund Boulevard and West 29th Street will begin Monday and continue through mid-February (one lane in each direction will be open between Howard Street and the North Concho River bridge, causing heavy delays in school zones during pickup and drop-off). - ➤ The Concho County Hospital District board voted Jan. 30 to change Eden’s hospital into a Rural Emergency Hospital to keep essential services available. The facility will offer 24-hour emergency care (with limited inpatient observation) to support local health access. KWFR
