- ➤ The City is teaming with community partners to develop a long-term River Parks Master Plan to transform the Concho Riverwalk. The plan will improve connectivity and add features like botanical gardens and kayak access at Civic League Park, Santa Fe Park, and the McNease Convention Center while gathering community input. - ➤ The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will resume stocking thousands of catfish on Friday, Apr. 10 at 18 Neighborhood Fishin’ lakes, including Oakes Street Lake on the Concho River in downtown San Angelo.
