- ➤ Two young men from San Angelo were killed in a high-speed chase crash near Wall on April 11th after a DPS trooper tried to stop a white 2022 Dodge Challenger— the car reached speeds over 110 mph before losing control and hitting a guardrail, going airborne and rolling several times— and the driver was seriously injured and taken to Shannon Medical Center. - ➤ Christian Knowlton, 27, was transferred to Tom Green County Jail on a $2.5 million bond after he was charged with aggravated robbery and injuring his grandmother—she suffered severe injuries and was taken to another hospital following an April 7 incident in San Angelo. San Angelo LIVE!

- ➤ Former San Angelo Central star Davis Martin earned his first win since 2022 when he helped the White Sox beat the Red Sox 11-1 on Friday. He allowed only six hits and one run before leaving in the seventh inning—he will start against the Athletics on Thursday. San Angelo LIVE!
- ➤ At the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo on Saturday night, Pete Carr Pro Rodeo honored the two-time world champion bucking horse Dirty Jacket on his final ride in San Angelo.
