- ➤ Two fugitives, Otis Babb and Sandra Zaragoza, who fled a February traffic stop in Schleicher County and were sought by the Sonora Police Department, were arrested in Brewster County on April 15 — a tip led authorities to their location and ended their nearly two-month search. San Angelo LIVE!
