- ➤ Dove Creek residents opposed plans for a new data center during a packed community meeting as Precinct 4 Commissioner Shawn Nanny urged developers to relocate over concerns with water use, energy demand, noise and traffic. - ➤ Mark Winger and his family run Concho Valley Dragway and will add a new concert venue that holds 10,000 people as the track enters its second year & expands its live events. FOX West Texas

- ➤ Angelo State University’s Woodwind Chamber Ensembles program will perform its annual spring concert today at 7 p.m. at the Carr Education-Fine Arts Building’s Eldon Black Recital Hall + the free event features chamber works by Mozart, Beethoven, and others performed by ASU music students. - ➤ Local students earned big rewards at yesterday’s San Angelo Stock Show Premium Sale, which raised about $1.2 million with all proceeds going directly to help with education and future competitions — officials said the event teaches responsibility and hard work. KWFR

- ➤ Local rancher Jackie Chesnutt contends that CORE Petro's oil wells on her 375-acre ranch near San Angelo are out of compliance with state rules and may risk groundwater safety (the company disputes her claims) as officials report conflicting production figures. San Angelo LIVE!
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Realtor.com data shows that in March Tom Green County homes had a median listing price of $313,725 (up 4.6% from February). Homes averaged 57 days on the market while San Angelo listings came in slightly lower at $309,725. San Angelo Standard-Times
