- ➤ San Angelo Rodeo Ambassador tryouts will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 17 at the Roping Fiesta Arena, 4890 Grape Creek Road. Young women ages 13 to 24 who meet character and communication requirements must bring their horses' Coggins tests to participate. San Angelo LIVE!

- ➤ Last week, the San Angelo Kiwanis Club hosted the 85th Little Olympics at San Angelo Stadium. Rain canceled the elementary meet on Friday while middle school athletes competed on Thursday. San Angelo LIVE!
- ➤ Local youth Michael Rodriguez submitted his 8-inch, 0.4-pound Rio Grande Cichlid caught on Oakes Street to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for pending record certification, as officials noted no records exist for this species. San Angelo LIVE!
