- ➤ The San Angelo City Council approved a plan for a new nine-hole disc golf course at Jaime Padron Memorial Park during its Tuesday morning meeting at the McNease Convention Center. The privately funded course will feature concrete tee pads and distance signs on five acres and will undergo a trial period before its permanent construction—making it the city's seventh disc golf course.
