- ➤ Today, the city will start the HA5 street maintenance project on 31 streets with closures beginning at 7 a.m. to allow 24 hours for HA5 treatment that safeguards roads from moisture and UV damage — residents should remove vehicles beforehand to avoid towing and turn off sprinkler systems.
