- ➤ Gas prices across Texas have dropped to an average of $2.79 per gallon though San Angelo drivers are paying about $2.82 per gallon, AAA Texas said. Nationally, prices averaged $3.19 per gallon—making this the lowest Memorial Day weekend travel price in Texas since 2021. San Angelo LIVE!
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Angelo State University's Mayer Museum will host three week-long Camp Curiosity summer camps in July for students in grades 3–8 with hands-on activities at various campus sites. The camps cost $100 per camper and run on different weeks for older and younger students—registration opens May 30 for the public and early sign-ups for Friends of the Museum start May 26—.
