San Angelo ISD trustees approved a $397 million bond sale on Monday and selected Parkhill Architects to lead design and contract management for new school projects—some of which will run through 2029.

On Tuesday, the San Angelo City Council unanimously approved a resolution to partner with the Concho Valley Community Action Agency to build the Rock Rose Community Campus on 11.8 acres of city-owned land for coordinated homelessness and poverty relief services.

The campus will offer daily shelter, healthcare, job training, and other essential resources—expanding the agency’s monthly Navigation Day model for low-income and unhoused residents across the Concho Valley.
