- ➤ Whataburger will launch its new Whatafreshers craft beverage line on July 1 as part of its 75th anniversary celebration at participating locations in San Angelo. - ➤ On June 24th, 2025, San Angelo Police, DPS Aircraft Operations Division and Texas Highway Patrol Troopers arrested Emilio Partida, 45, after a green laser beam targeted an aircraft—he was booked at Tom Green County Jail for a Class A misdemeanor. KWFR
- ➤ A 61-year-old San Angelo man was arrested on June 25 for allegedly assaulting one person and chasing another with a metal pipe after a dispute over trash and a bike, according to the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office. KWFR
- ➤ Corrections officers at Tom Green County Jail reported 18 bookings in the past 24 hours, including arrests for assault causing bodily injury against a family member, driving while intoxicated and U.S. Marshal holds—leaving 429 individuals in custody. San Angelo LIVE!

- ➤ The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts will celebrate Independence Day on July 3 with a steak cook-off, Chick-fil-A picnic, indoor BBQ, ice cream party and a fireworks display.
