Walmart at 610 W. 29th St. in San Angelo began providing free meals, laundry services, and showers for flood victims on July 9 while partnering with Matthew 25: Ministries, Procter & Gamble and other local agencies to deliver essential supplies.

It runs a disaster relief kitchen serving hot meals from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and has committed up to $500,000 to support recovery efforts—helping residents through the recent floods.
