- ➤ Three teens involved in the River Pointe Apartment murder were arrested after the July 23 shooting that killed Joe Angel Martinez III near the cross of Rio Concho Drive and Roosevelt Street—Justin Ramirez, 17, was charged with murder while his companions Davon Lewis, 17, and Dominick Garcia, 16, are in custody, police said.
