- ➤ San Angelo ISD trustees approved a balanced $138 million budget on Monday that sets the 2025 to 2026 tax rate at $1.07 per $100 valuation — the increase of $5.7 million comes mostly from extra state funds for teacher raises while expanded homestead exemptions are expected to lower homeowners’ bills.
