First Financial Bank and three other local banks will volunteer on Monday as part of their 10th annual Day of Service to repair about 10 homes, assist at the United Way warehouse, and support flood victims in San Angelo.

On Friday night, the Central Bobcats lost 58-42 to Midland Legacy as late penalties and third-down stops hurt their homecoming game—Midland Legacy's defense took over in the second half.

Coach Mark Smith said the team struggled to keep the offense effective.
