- ➤ San Angelo businesses and city offices will set varying schedules for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day; Target will open 8 a.m.—9 p.m. while Walmart, H-E-B and several restaurants will operate regular hours, and city offices will close Jan. 1 with trash collection delayed. - ➤ Chick-fil-A in the Sunset Mall at 4001 Sunset Drive announced it will close on Dec. 31 after serving the community for 45 years. The chain remains open at other San Angelo locations on FM Road, Knickerbocker Road, West Ave. at Angelo State University, and Bryant Blvd. San Angelo Standard-Times
