- ➤ On May 2, the Texas Lottery came under scrutiny after a group used a courier service to buy every possible number combination for a jackpot, which affected legitimate players including one woman who lost her chance to win. Lotto.com filed a lawsuit claiming the lottery commission lacks the authority to ban such services + a bill in the Senate may soon make using courier services to play the lottery illegal. KWFR
