If you follow the Bobcats, here's one to repeat: Central junior Zeyvion Johnson now owns the school's single-season rushing record. He came into Friday's game at Odessa Permian 68 yards short of Daven Manning's 2016 mark of 1,701, and San Angelo LIVE! reports he passed it on a long run near the end of the first half.

Permian, 9-0 going in, won 31-8. Johnson mostly wanted to talk about his blockers: "I can't do anything without them."
